These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings for Peak Flow Institute retreats, intensives and expeditions ("Events"). By registering, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must hold current Australian registration with a healthcare regulatory body and be in active clinical practice to register as a Participant.
Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). A non-refundable deposit of A$1,500 is required to secure your place. The balance is due 60 days before the event. If booking within 60 days, full payment is required. Payment plans may be available on request.
The fee covers accommodation, meals, all sessions, integration activities, and the CPD Submission Pack. It does not include flights, travel insurance, alcohol, or personal expenses.
Cancellation by You

You may request a credit toward a future event as an alternative to a partial refund. Credits are valid for 12 months.
Cancellation by Us
Each event requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund of all money paid including deposit, or a full credit toward a future event (valid for 12 months), whichever you prefer. We will aim to give you at least 30 days notice so you can adjust your travel plans.
If we postpone an event, your registration transfers automatically to the new date. If the new date doesn't work for you, you are entitled to a full refund including deposit.
We are not able to reimburse independent travel or accommodation costs, so we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Evidence of adequate cover must be submitted 45 days prior to the event.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fee you have paid for the event. We are not responsible for loss of personal property, injury during activities, or independent travel costs. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
