What We Collect

When you register for an event, we collect your name, email, phone, postal address, professional registration details, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and emergency contact. Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store card details.

During events, facilitators may document observations relevant to your CPD documentation. All verbal disclosures in group sessions remain confidential.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to process your booking, deliver the event, produce your CPD Submission Pack, and communicate with you about your participation. We will not use your information for any unrelated purpose without your consent.

Confidentiality at Events

Confidentiality is central to how Peak Flow operates. We do not record or document personal disclosures made during sessions. All facilitators and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. Participants agree to a mutual confidentiality commitment as a condition of attendance.

Information Sharing

We share information only with parties necessary for delivering the event: venue partners (name, dietary, accessibility), integration providers (relevant health information, with consent), facilitators (professional context), and Stripe (payment processing). We do not share information with employers, regulatory bodies (except via your own CPD submission), or data brokers.

Data Retention

Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years. CPD Submission Packs are provided to you; our copy is retained for 7 years. Pre-work responses are deleted or de-identified within 12 months.

Your Rights
